: Parc Vaccinogen Instituut Pasteur, and moved to Bandung
1902 - 1941 : Landskoepok Inrichting en Instituut Pasteur dipimpin oleh L. Otten
1942 – 1945 : Bandung, Boeki Kenkyushoo dipimpin Kikuo Kurauchi
1946 – 1949 : Lands Koepok Inrichting en Instituut Pasteur pindah ke Klaten
Jawa Tengah dipimpin oleh R.M Sardjito
1955 : Perusahaan Negara Pasteur (Nasionalisasi Perusahaan Asing)
1961 – 1978 : Perusahaan Negara Bio Farma
1978 – 1997 : Perusahaan Umum Bio Farma dipimpin oleh Prof. Dr. Konosuke
